How we decided this startup

Let talk about 6mo ago, While our first project is failed and how we decided and keeping go figure it out

Previously on this project

Just a few days ago in my first blog, I mentioned that our MVP product is now live (it's a milestone) , it’s actually our second project, however unfortunately the first one was already declared a failure (again, it’s an AI-driven product). While my co-funder and I were thinking about whether to continue the business, we started thinking about how to solve their problems in an industry we are familiar with - Dental Dentistry, where our previous customers (dentists, dental assistants) were giving us feedback on their daily use of the equipment and the clinical process. …etc. So we started thinking about how to solve their problems .

The shape

This is when the idea for our second venture emerged, ”AI diagnostics combined with applications that they would use in clinical practice - We call AI-DRIVEN APPLICATION.” The starting point was to increase efficiency (I think AI is all about increasing efficiency at this stage, it still can’t replace people - at least not at this stage).

AI+diagnostics is not really a great discovery or innovation anymore, but with a globalized market, every process has its place >where it can be optimized/evolved, and a business model can be formed. 😄

Push start button and verification

How do you validate that the idea or product works? It’s all about getting the MVP out quickly, giving it to your customers, talking to them about the product and getting their experience with it. the way to validate it is different for B2B vs. B2C, in my personal opinion, B2B is more focused on the feedback and experience of each and every customer (especially the seed users).

Specialty Segments

Oral healthcare industry, is a specialized and segmented field, on a certain level, there is a certain considerable threshold to enter this industry. As for our team, I (founder) have 15 years of experience in oral healthcare information technology HIS, while my co-founder has 20 years of experience in oral healthcare equipment, although we are both in the dental industry, but the specialty is still different!

Conclusion

If you have an idea, execute and try to make the first generation product (MVP) and give it to your customers to use it and get feedback

Next time I'll talk about our roadmap
